The opposition is organizing a rally today, November 4, at 19:00 on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, following the recent parliamentary elections on October 26, labeled as ‘rigged’ by both the opposition and numerous international organizations. Opposition leaders spoke to the press on October 31, announcing their plans for the rally.
“Our priority is to push for these elections to be recognized as illegitimate,” Ana Dolidze, the leader of ‘Strong Georgia,’ said, and declared that the protest will be peaceful and efficiently coordinated.
The rally is planned to serve as a platform to voice their action plan in great detail.
