“This piece captures my inner dialogue with Niko Pirosmani. I imagined fading summer behind his calmly placed deer. In my vision, the vibrant hues of autumn are overtaking the green before vanishing and being replaced by snow. For some, it could also bring to mind Margitte’s floating dreams and their outward introspection. My deer has a human eye, which represents reflection on the ever-changing and dynamic flux of time.”
