The agreement about the Mutual Recognition and Exchange of National Driving Licenses between Georgia and the Kingdom of Spain was signed in April and will take effect on September 29.
Once the agreement is active, valid license holders from either country can obtain a driver’s license in their country of residence without taking theoretical or practical exams.
