Georgia ranks 44th in the Global Passport Ranking and its citizens can enter 122 countries without a visa. In the ranking of the same period in 2023, the Georgian passport was in 50th place and Georgian citizens could enter 116 countries without a visa.
The countries with the strongest passports in the Global Passport Ranking are:
Singapore, ranking first; France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain in second place in the ranking; Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, South Korea and Sweden third in the ranking;
Belgium, Denmark, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain in fourth place in the ranking, and; Australia and Portugal in fifth place in the ranking.
