The Buneba festival was given the name “Nature Fest” for a reason- the organizing team will present a wide range of theories and practices devoted to ecological issues and an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
CENN will hold an outdoor waste management workshop with various activities such as Bottle Basketball, Bottle Bowling, & Waste No Water.
Meanwhile, Plant Based Treaty Georgia will organize a Hot Planet Game connected to the critical condition Mother Earth has been put in by animal farming and toxic industries.
In turn, Parki ar minda, Wasteless • ვეისთლესი and Tene – ტენე will place recycling boxes for safe garbage collection on site.
Equally interesting events will unfold in the amphitheater of Mziuri Park, Vake, where Anni Chkoidze from Zero Effect • ზერო ეფექტი will give a presentation on the zero waste philosophy in practice, Mariam Pesvianidze from Parki Ar Minda will speak about waste accumulation in Georgia, Hoshimi Sakai from Plant-Based Treaty, with assistance from Nini Turiasvhili of Vegan Georgia, will make connections between the climate crisis and the current world food system, and Sandro Gujanidze will present the environmental impacts of livestock production.
