A New Year’s Gift – Mardi Holding Gives Apartments to 6 Loyal Employees

Development and construction company Mardi Holding rewarded loyal employees, who had contributed to the success of the company for many years, with apartments. The gift was revealed at a corporate evening held at the Adjara Wine House.

The unexpected news caused excitement and a long round of applause from everyone who was attending the event. We got an opportunity to get their first-hand reactions. One of the lucky employees was Head of the B2B Department Tornike Chanturishvili and this is what he had to say about the surprise:

“All of us and our relatives are extremely happy, and I want to tell you that this is an extremely great incentive for young people. I think it will be an example for other companies as well, how important it is to appreciate the loyal team members at this level.”

Executive Director Natia Sirabidze also shared her feelings about the gift: “Our company has always participated in activities related to social responsibility. We have had many projects and gifts for talented people, vulnerable children, etc., but we didn’t expect to receive such a surprise ourselves. To be honest, the biggest joy comes from the feeling of appreciation we got from the founder of the company rather than the cost of the gift.”

Mardi Holding – Real Estate Developer & Property Investment Advisor based in Batumi has been successfully operating since 1991.
