Ukrainian media reports that grocery stores and public transport reopened in Kyiv today at 08:00.
The curfew is ongoing. The validity of the curfew will continue after February 28 from 22:00 to 07:00.
The city administration emphasized in a statement that street fighting continues in almost every district in the capital.
The administration called on the population to go out only in case of extreme need.
