Georgia exported 1,900 tons of herbs worth $4.5 million in January-June 2026, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture reports.

Herb production in Georgia remains relatively stable, ranging between 7,000 and 8,500 tons annually, with only minor year-to-year changes.
In 2025, the average export price reached $2.12 per kilogram, while in the first six months of 2026, it increased to $2.38 per kilogram.
The main export markets for Georgian herbs include Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova, as well as Romania and other countries.
