With the support of TBC, construction is underway on Apex Holbrook, a modern residential development located in Tbilisi’s Isani district. The project’s total investment value stands at GEL 68 million, of which TBC’s financing amounts to GEL 45 million.
Apex Holbrook is a 22-storey mixed-use residential complex that combines contemporary living spaces with commercial facilities. The development will feature a three-level parking infrastructure, a 1,200-square-meter landscaped courtyard, and a 24/7 security system designed to provide residents with a comfortable and secure living environment.
The complex offers panoramic views of the Mtkvari River and Tbilisi’s historic Old Town, positioning Apex Holbrook as one of the city’s distinctive residential developments. Construction commenced at the end of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2028.
