თიბისი კაპიტალის მხარდაჭერით, საერთაშორისო ინვესტორებმა უზბეკეთის უმსხვილეს IPO-ში მიიღეს მონაწილეობა

TBC Capital has enabled international investors to participate in the landmark initial public offering (IPO) of the Uzbekistan National Investment Fund (UZNIF), marking the largest public offering in the country’s history.

As the first Georgian investment bank to provide international investors with access to Uzbek securities, TBC Capital offered its clients the opportunity to invest in UZNIF shares, which were successfully listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Tashkent Stock Exchange. The transaction represents Uzbekistan’s first large-scale international equity offering and a significant milestone in the development of the country’s capital markets.

TBC Capital played an active role throughout the IPO process, facilitating access for international investors seeking exposure to some of Uzbekistan’s leading state-owned enterprises through the fund’s diversified portfolio.

The investment bank has been operating in Uzbekistan for several years and remains actively involved in the country’s capital market development. TBC Capital was the first international member of the Tashkent Stock Exchange and continues to connect global investors with investment opportunities in one of Asia’s fastest-growing economies.

“UZNIF’s IPO is a landmark transaction for regional capital markets. We are pleased to have been involved from the early stages of the process and to have contributed to its successful execution. Over the past several years, TBC Capital has participated in nearly ten securities offerings in Uzbekistan and has acted as issuer advisor on three transactions. Today, TBC Capital remains the only Georgian investment bank providing investors with comprehensive access to Uzbekistan’s capital market. This achievement further strengthens TBC Capital’s position as a leading international investment bank in the region,” said Otar Sharikadze, Director of TBC Capital.

This version follows the style typically used by international business and financial news outlets while emphasizing TBC Capital’s role and regional leadership.
