A new premium office complex, M25, has officially opened in Tbilisi’s Mtatsminda district with the support of TBC. Developed to modern international standards, the project spans 4,500 square meters and represents a total investment of EUR 8.5 million, including EUR 1.3 million in financing provided by TBC.
M25 introduces a new concept to the Georgian commercial real estate market, setting a higher benchmark for modern workplaces. The business center is designed to create a comprehensive work environment where professionals can access wellness and recreational facilities without leaving the building.
The complex combines premium office and coworking spaces with conference infrastructure, a fitness center, sauna, spa treatment room, and yoga studio, offering an integrated work-life experience for tenants and visitors alike.
In the coming months, a high-end restaurant featuring panoramic views of Tbilisi will open on the building’s top floor. The venue will serve both business center tenants and external guests and will be available for business meetings and events. On the ground floor, visitors will be welcomed by the Entrée café chain.
M25 has already attracted a number of local and international organizations, including Chateau Mukhrani, Georgian Wines and Spirits, Fujin Silk Properties—the developer and management company of ibis Tbilisi Airport—the Georgian representative office of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, the Consulate of Monaco, and others. At present, only 1,500 square meters of office space remain available for lease within the three-story complex.
Through its partnership with M25, TBC is contributing to the development of Georgia’s premium office real estate sector and supporting the introduction of innovative, customer-focused business infrastructure. By financing projects that combine business, services, and lifestyle components within a single ecosystem, TBC continues to promote modern standards that meet the evolving needs of companies and professionals.
