42 Kindergartens Closed Due to Coronavirus Cases

In Georgia, 42 kindergartens have been closed due to coronavirus cases.

“As soon as the case of coronavirus infection is detected in kindergartens, the institution goes into quarantine. After the end of the quarantine period, the education process is restored. The regulations of the Ministry of Health are still strictly enforced in order to protect the health of the staff and children as much as possible. At the same time, once every two weeks, all kindergarten staff are tested for coronavirus, which helps prevent the spread of the virus, ”said Head of Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi Kakhaber Gvantseladze
