As of September 17, a total of 1,610,309 vaccinations have been administered in Georgia.
The National Center for Disease Control reports that 935,094 people have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose – 32.7% of the adult population.
675,215 people are fully vaccinated – 23.6% of the adult population.
In the last 24 hours, 19,148 people were vaccinated, the NCDC said.
Georgia reported 2039 coronavirus cases, 2192 recoveries, and 56 deaths on Friday.
The daily test-positivity rate now stands at 6.47 %, while it was 7.31 % in the past 14 days.
