Zurab Girchi Japaridze, one of the leaders of the ‘Coalition for Change,’ was arrested on the morning of December 2 on Chavchavadze Avenue and was this afternoon released. His arrest followed a confrontation between protesters and law enforcement officers.
“I’m out,” Japaridze shared on his social media, along with a picture of him in his car.
