The NASA Space Apps Challenge took place over two days at the Georgian National University SEU in Tbilisi, bringing together scientists, coders, and other innovative minds. Participants were assigned NASA’s open data to address global challenges creatively, with industry professionals and experts as mentors.
The event, supported by Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) with the help of domestic partners such as Startup Büro, Cellfie, IT Step Academy, Planetarium, Likani, CaveaPlus, and more, helped build a community for innovation and change.
Participants were split into groups and competed for the chance to advance to the global finals as well as for other prizes.
