Tbilisi City Hall has started installing the New Year lights on around 90 streets, and covering 30 squares.
Giorgi Papava, Director of TbilServiceGroup, inspected the installations on Chavchavadze Avenue and stated that these operations will occur over the course of November and December because of the project’s ambitious size.
