TBC continues to enhance its Mobile Bank, introducing new features designed to make everyday banking more engaging, convenient, and accessible. The latest update includes a new interactive game with cash prizes, an improved Refer-a-Friend program, and a fully remote consumer loan process for self-employed customers.
On July 1, TBC launched “Treasure Marathon”, a new game available in the Mobile Bank. Participants can discover their “family lineage” through an interactive quiz, complete daily and weekly missions, take on intellectual challenges, play mini-games, and invite friends to join the competition.
By completing missions, players collect coins and compete for a range of cash prizes, including daily rewards of GEL 100, weekly prizes of GEL 2,000, a monthly prize of GEL 10,000, and a grand prize of GEL 50,000.
TBC has also upgraded its Refer-a-Friend feature. Customers who invite friends who have never previously used TBC Mobile Bank can both earn GEL 8 in their Loyalty Piggy Bank once the invited friend registers and completes a payment of at least GEL 5. There is no limit to the number of friends users can invite, provided the invited person is an adult resident of Georgia.
Since June, TBC has introduced another new feature for self-employed customers. During the fast consumer loan application process, applicants can now schedule a video appointment to verify their profession, enabling them to complete the entire loan application remotely without visiting a TBC branch.
