Summary Protocol of 124th Polling Station Election Commission was Partially Filled in Advance – CEC

At the 124th polling station of the Kutaisi District Election Commission, the summary protocol was partially filled in advance, said CEC spokesperson Natia Ioseliani.

Khatia Dekanoidze, Kutaisi’s mayoral candidate of the National Movement party, stated commission members had signed a summary protocol in advance at Kutaisi 124 polling station.

As Ioseliani noted, the protocol is signed by 14 members of the precinct, including appointed representatives of the parties.

“The photo of the protocol was spread on social networks and various media outlets. We would like to state unequivocally that this is a mistake and the Kutaisi District Election Commission will have the appropriate response, the protocol will be destroyed and a new summary protocol will be submitted to the Precinct Election Commission. The election administration will always have an appropriate response to this type of misconduct. We call on all levels of election commissions to observe the norms prescribed by the election legislation, which is necessary for conducting the voting process at a professional level,” Natia Ioseliani said.
