The President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili was in Germany, near the Berlin Wall.
“Yesterday we submitted the questionnaire for EU membership – we will become a member of the EU tomorrow and this is the greatest hope,” said Salome Zurabishvili.
She also noted that the Berlin Wall is an example that anything is possible.
“The Berlin Wall is the greatest example for all of us – Ukrainians, Georgians and Moldovans – that everything is possible, everything ends.
The Berlin Wall has collapsed, the Soviet Union has collapsed and nothing is impossible!” said Zurabishvili.
