The former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, congratulated the newly elected chairman of the United National Movement Levan Khabeishvili, with a letter and expressed his support.
“Congratulations, brother. I consider you my closest person and a politician with great potential. I am not going to do any political activities in Georgia, but you will always get support from Ukraine and other places. I embrace you,” wrote Saakashvili.
Khabeishvili was named the chairman of the political party National Movement, having received 52.58% of the votes in the elections.
