The President of Georgia issued a pardon act on April 9 and pardoned 15 convicts, including 7 women, who will leave penitentiary institutions today, April 9.
6 of the pardoned are Ukrainian citizens.
The pardon act is related to the 33 years since the April 9 Tragedy.
