Special forces have regrouped on Rustaveli Avenue in the direction of Liberty Square and beside Parliament while the focus of protesters has been on attacking the entrance of Parliament.
They are awaiting orders to advance.
Protesters, civilians and politicians are speaking on a mic to the large crowd, demanding the overthrow of the government.
