These offerings have captivated the taste buds of customers in different corners of the world. Salome Neparidze, the marketing manager of the company, revealed that before the conflict, over 30% of their product exports were directed to Ukraine. However, in light of the prevailing circumstances, shipments to Ukraine have experienced a decline. In response, the company swiftly adapted its approach and redirected its efforts toward exploring alternative markets. Consequently, “Ojakhuri” has made considerable strides in establishing a strong presence and capturing the hearts of consumers in Greece, the Czech Republic, Canada, Germany, Latvia, and Australia. Additionally, a portion of their products is also being exported to Russia. Looking ahead, the company aims to reinforce its focus on expanding its export endeavors even further. Their primary objectives revolve around maintaining the superior quality of their products, broadening their assortment, creating innovative offerings, and providing both Georgian and international customers with the delightful experience of savoring “Ojakhuri” dishes.
