The Culture Committee discussed the amendments to the Law on Museums in the III reading.
Chair of the Committee and one of the initiators of the draft law, Eliso Bolkvadze noted that after the adoption of the draft law, it will be possible to create a military museum.
“The military museum is a place where significant artifacts documenting the Georgian Defense Forces’ technological and historical growth, as well as the history of the nation’s armed forces, and samples of military gear and materials, will be kept,” Bolkvadze noted.
