As a result of the pressure from the European Parliament, oligarch Plahotniuc was removed from the political scene in Moldova. The same will happen to Ivanishvili, – MEP Ana Fotyga said in the European Parliament, during a discussion on the topic – “Political prisoners ordered to die: Kara-Murza, Gorinov and Saakashvili”.
“I would like to recall the case of Moldova, when as a result of great pressure from the European Parliament, oligarch Plahotniuc, who had such a bad influence on the internal situation, was finally removed from the country’s political scene.
“I am absolutely sure that the same thing will happen to Bidzina Ivanishvili, who is so tied to Georgia’s current Russian orientation,” said Fotyga.
