World Judo Championship in Doha hosted the Georgian final in the 90 kg weight category.
Olympic champion Lasha Bekauri and European champion Luka Maisuradze competed for the gold medal.
With Vasari, Maisuradze prevailed in overtime and claimed a gold medal.
