Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze claimed that the German official representatives in Georgia are tied to the radical opposition, thus, lacking the authentic ambassador in the country.
“There is nothing else to call the German ambassador,” Kobakhidze remarked.
Despite this, he stressed Georgia’s interest in strengthening ties with Germany. “Once the situation changes, including personnel decisions, we believe progress in our relations will follow,” he added.
