Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that Georgia is setting an ambitious goal to rank among the top three European countries with the lowest levels of corruption.
He pointed out that the government’s anti-corruption efforts extend across all sectors, combining preventive reforms with active investigations into potential violations.
“The fight against corruption will continue in every direction. Our goal to secure a place in the top three in Europe is ambitious but realistic, given the reforms already implemented and those still underway,” Kobakhidze said.
The Prime Minister mentioned the ongoing transparency and accountability measures as main drivers strengthening Georgia’s international reputation for integrity and good governance.
