The import of frozen crabs to Georgia has increased by 520%. According to GEOSTAT, in 2023, 1.49 tons of crabs worth 24.73 thousand dollars were imported into the country.
In 2023, crabs were imported from 6 markets, although the leader is still Turkey. Along with Turkey, France, Germany, Armenia, the Netherlands, Greece and Sri Lanka were also included in this list.
