Another airline is kicking off operations in Georgia’s aviation market.
The Civil Aviation Agency says that according to the application submitted to the Aviation Agency, from October 27 of this year, Greek Sky Express will start carrying out regular flights on the Athens-Tbilisi-Athens route.
Flights will be offered three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, with an Airbus A320 aircraft.
“On September 24, the Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia granted the necessary permission to the airline to carry out regular aviation traffic.
“At present, Aegean Airlines and Wizz Air airlines operate flights between Georgia and the Hellenic Republic from Athens and Thessaloniki to Tbilisi and Kutaisi,” the information states.
