Thea Maisuradze, the Georgian Ambassador to the Czech Republic, released a statement on social media announcing her resignation. Despite this decision, she declares that she remains faithful to the country’s pro-European values.
“I’ve submitted my resignation as the Ambassador of Georgia to the Czech Republic. It was a great honor to serve the national interests of my country for nearly two decades, fostering its European and Euro-Atlantic integration, while defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity. I remain committed to Georgia’s future,” she writes.
