The 26th Tbilisi International Film Festival has announced its full line-up, featuring a wide selection of international and Georgian films across multiple categories.
European Forum highlights include Afternoons of Solitude by Albert Serra (Spain/France/Portugal, 2024) and It Was Just an Accident by Jafar Panahi (Iran/France/Luxembourg, 2025), among 17 feature films from Europe and beyond.
The Made in Germany section presents German co-productions such as Alexander Koberidze’s Dry Leaf (Germany/Georgia, 2025) and Sergei Loznitsa’s Two Prosecutors (France/Germany/Netherlands/Latvia/Romania/Lithuania, 2025).
The French Collection features 5 films including Dominik Moll’s Case 137 and Richard Linklater’s Nouvelle Vague.
N.I.C.E Festival Presents showcases Italian cinema with titles like A Year of School by Laura Samani and My Tennis Maestro by Andrea di Stefano.
The Director in Focus program highlights Nicolas Wadimoff’s works, including Who is Still Alive(France/Switzerland/Palestine, 2025).
The Georgian Panorama offers a comprehensive look at local filmmaking, with full-length fictions such as ‘Dry Leaf’ and ‘Early Winter’s Sorrow’, as well as short fictions, feature-length documentaries and short documentaries exploring contemporary Georgian society and culture.
All foreign films will be screened in their original language with Georgian and English subtitles. The festival’s screening schedule will be published on 25 November, with tickets available online and at the Amirani Cinema box office.
