A fire has broken out in the municipality of Mestia, Georgia’s Svaneti region. According to the available information, along with the representatives of the fire-rescue service, aviation is also participating in the fire extinguishing works.
The center of the fire appeared far from settlements, notes information confirmed by the emergency management service.
At the moment, the cause of the fire is unknown.
