Fencer Irma Khetsuriani Wins World Cup Held in Washington

Georgian wheelchair fencer Irma Khetsuriani has become a champion of the World Cup held in Washington, the capital of the United States of America.

Khetsuriani won the gold medal. The Georgian athlete beat her Italian opponent 15:11 in the final of the sword fencing tournament.

For the record, a day before, Khetsuriani won a silver medal. Nina Tibilashvili also won a silver medal in sword fencing.
