Earthquake Hits Georgia

A 4.1 magnitude earthquake occurred near the village of Sameba in Georgia’s Samtskhe-Javakheti region, reports the Institute of Earth Sciences and the National Center for Seismic Monitoring.

“At 18:36 Tbilisi time, a magnitude 4.1 (ML) earthquake shook the village of Sameba,” the statement said.

No damage or injuries have been reported so far.
