Dekanoidze: The imposing of sanctions on ‘clan’ judges means that there is no rule of law and justice in Georgia

With Preliminary Information, Khatia Dekanoidze is Leading in Kutaisi Mayoral Elections

While speaking at the plenary session, opposition MP Khatia Dekanoidze said it is a pity that Georgian Dream repeats the Kremlin propaganda and says that Georgia started the war. She added that it is very serious and harmful to the national interests of Georgia.

“As for the rule of law, I think you are confused about time. In 2012, your team came to power with the principle of protecting human rights and dignity. Then the society in the case of Girgvliani, etc. rightly criticized the court, and it turned out that the very people who were involved in such critical cases, you  embraced, so strengthening the “clan.” Do not forget that these people are also unacceptable to our Western partners. Imposing sanctions on clan judges means that there is no rule of law and justice in Georgia,” said Dekanoidze.
