We support the citizens of Georgia in building a strong, free and sovereign country, – said the April 9th statement of the British Embassy in Georgia.
In addition, they note that they honor all those who fought for Georgia’s independence, sovereignty and prosperity 35 years ago.
“Today, we remember and honor all those who fought against the Soviet Union 35 years ago, for the independence, sovereignty and prosperity of Georgia. We support the citizens of Georgia in building a strong, free and sovereign country,” the statement said.
