Georgia’s Business Association (BAG), in partnership with Danish Industry, held another training session focused on organizational efficiency, employee engagement and productivity. The program, designed for representatives of BAG member companies, was built on modern human-resources management approaches and combined both theoretical and practical modules.
The training covered several themes: the strategic importance of understanding and managing productivity, mechanisms that strengthen employee engagement and their impact on overall organizational performance as well as developing evidence-based (data-driven) decision-making skills within companies.
BAG’s Executive Director, Levan Vepkhvadze, stated that the association continues to actively advance its cooperation with Danish partners. He said that such initiatives support companies in improving organizational effectiveness, something he described as essential for business success. Vepkhvadze expressed confidence that the partnership will benefit both member companies and the broader business sector.
BAG plans to carry out several additional activities to support labor-market development before the end of the year.
