The German beer pub Löwenbräu has officially opened in Tbilisi, at 92 Besarion Zhgenti Street. Guests had the opportunity to discover an authentic German atmosphere and taste the legendary beer. Furthermore, they were able to participate in a special event and fun games prepared for the opening evening.

Löwenbräu pub combines tradition with modern hospitality, marking a new stage in promoting German beer culture in the Georgian market. Guests enjoyed a rich menu of traditional German dishes. The real highlight was a special bar where guests could pour their own beer, creating an enjoyable experience for beer lovers.

‘With the support of EFES Georgia, the Löwenbräu beer pub has opened, and it will undoubtedly become one of the best places in Tbilisi. Residents and guests of the capital will enjoy a great time in a pleasant environment. For EFES Georgia, as the exclusive producer of Löwenbräu beer in Georgia, it is delightful that we now have a pub named Löwenbräu in Tbilisi. With the opening of this space, we set the mood for Oktoberfest, which was held at the end of September in Dedaena Park’. – said Nikoloz Khundzakishvili, Corporate Affairs Director of EFES Georgia, while speaking about the importance of the pub’s opening.

For the note, on September 20-21, a true German festival, Oktoberfest, took place in Dedaena Park. The spirit of Oktoberfest was traditionally brought to Georgia by Löwenbräu. For two days, a real German celebration was arranged for beer lovers. The event featured music, various activities, and German beer Löwenbräu paired with delicious dishes to create the perfect Oktoberfest atmosphere.

Oktoberfest is a 200-year-old German tradition that has become a global celebration of beer, food, and culture. Every year, beer lovers from all over the world gather to enjoy the unforgettable Munich experience. Löwenbräu is one of only six breweries authorized to participate in Oktoberfest. Notably, Löwenbräu has been sold at every Oktoberfest since 1810.
