Varketili Metro Station will reopen and resume passenger service starting August 26, Tbilisi City Hall announced.
Due to ongoing rehabilitation works, the station will operate under a modified schedule, opening at 7 a.m. and closing at 11 p.m. The direction of escalator movement will also be adjusted.
The station was closed on July 12 for reconstruction and is expected to be fully renovated by the end of this year.
