Ambassadors of the US, EU and Great Britain arrive at gov’t administration

The ambassadors of the partner countries came to the government administration. A meeting between the Prime Minister of Georgia and foreign diplomats is currently underway.

More specifically, the head of the government Irakli Kobakhidze is meeting with the ambassador of the United States of America, Robin Dunnigan, the ambassador of Great Britain, Mark Clayton, and the head of the EU representation, Paweł Herczyński.

The government says that the meeting has been scheduled for 1 week and was not held unplanned.

As for the topic of the meeting, the press service of the government says that the mentioned information will be released after the meeting.

Reportedly, the ambassadors are going to announce a demarche (diplomatic protest) for Kobakhidze. The events were preceded by the statement of Irakli Kobakhidze about challenging the ambassadors in the debate.

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze criticizes the critical statements of the ambassadors of the partner countries regarding the Russian law.
