Nini Aduashvili, the Head of Communication Service at Galleria Tbilisi, explained that the application enables users to make payments at the shopping center’s shops, entertainment venues, service facilities, and parking areas. Additionally, users can accumulate cashback points through their purchases and utilize these points for payments within the system.
As customers’ spending increases, they progress to higher levels, unlocking a higher percentage of cashback and receiving personalized offers. The application also offers the convenience of marking the parking location to help users easily locate their vehicles. With approximately 40 establishments included in the system, the “Galleria” application provides users with greater flexibility and convenience.
Aduashvili further mentioned that due to the ongoing tourist season, Galleria Tbilisi is experiencing increased activity and is operating at full capacity. Thanks to its strategic location, the shopping center attracts numerous tourists throughout the year. The addition of new brands exclusive to Galleria Tbilisi has also contributed to the increased revenue. Currently, Galleria Tbilisi hosts 140 Georgian and international brands, including renowned names like PAL ZILERI, HACKETT, KARL LAGERFELD, ELISABETTA FRANCHI, SCOTCH&SODA, and many others. Additionally, the shopping center offers a variety of dining options with approximately 20 food establishments.
