SOFTSWISS Tbilisi Office Video Tour Goes Viral

The product and technology group of companies SOFTSWISS is a global software development expert in the field of iGaming. More than 1,400 people work in its offices worldwide.

Right now, SOFTSWISS prioritises Georgia among other labour markets. That is why the company is actively expanding its development hub in Georgia’s capital, Tbilisi, which already hosts 200+ talents.

The company’s YouTube page SOFTSWISS People now features a tour of its Tbilisi office that has a very special vibe.

“We don’t just build offices. We support our team in their desire to live in the planet’s most inspiring places”. SOFTSWISS believes Tbilisi is the place that will help its creative minds dream bigger.

The video not only showcases the company’s spacious high-end development center with its floor-to-ceiling windows and the rooftop lounge area. It also invites viewers to enjoy the panorama and feel the aura of Tbilisi. This way the video creators wanted to highlight that living and working in Georgia is an “awesome, breathtaking, exciting, and exquisite” experience.

Being an international group of companies, SOFTSWISS values diversity and invites IT specialists from all over the world to create and innovate together. The company has a well-established remote work system, and offers an attractive benefits package, including such perks as medical insurance and sports reimbursement.

SOFTSWISS was the first group of companies in the world to create a solution for integrating cryptocurrencies into online entertainment. In 2022, it received the SiGMA Europe award in the Workplace of the Year nomination, as well as the SiGMA Balkans & CIS award in the Best Affiliate Tracking Software nomination. In 2021, the trophies included the Best Customer Service Company of the Year title at the International Gaming Awards (IGA) and the Best Customer Service of the Year title at the Starlet Awards. SOFTSWISS’ employees also won awards in the Leadership, Products and Innovations, and Employee of the Year categories.
