Speaker: We Condemn and Do Not Recognize any Pseudo Referenda Conducted Across Ukraine’s Eastern Regions Occupied by Russia

Papuashvili: EU should Demonstrate its Long-Term Interest Towards Region by Granting Candidate Status to Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine

The Speaker of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili states on Twitter that Georgia condemns and does not recognize any pseudo referenda conducted across Ukraine’s Eastern regions occupied by Russia.

“We condemn and do not recognize any pseudo referenda conducted across Ukraine’s Eastern regions occupied by Russia. Borders cannot be changed by force. Ukraine’s territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders must be respected,” Tweeted Papuashvili.
