Traffic will be partially restricted in the vicinity of Lisi Lake in connection with the Tbilisi Open Air 2026 music festival from July 4, 10:00 a.m. to July 6, 01:00 a.m., Tbilisi City Hall says.
The so-called Lisi circle area will operate with adjusted traffic flows, with vehicles moving in one direction from the intersection of Leo Kvatchadze and Togo Gudava streets toward Ioseb Kechakmadze street.
From Kechakmadze street, traffic will also be able to move via Tkhinvala and Avto Varazi streets toward Besarion Zhgenti and Paata Datuashvili streets. From Zhgenti and Datuashvili streets, vehicles will be able to continue in all directions along the existing route.
Public transport routes will also be adjusted.
Buses N102 and N363 will operate from Varazi Street toward Tkhinvala according to schedule. In the return direction, they will connect to Varazi Street via Tkhinvala street instead of Kechakvadze and Leo Kvatchadze streets, before continuing on their regular routes.
Bus N329 will operate from Kvatchadze Street toward Tkhinvala according to schedule. In the opposite direction, it will connect to Avto Varazi Street via Tkhinvala street, then continue via Datuashvili and Amashukeli streets, before returning to its regular route from the Beritashvili street junction.
From July 6, 01:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the section will reopen and traffic will resume in both directions, Tbilisi City Hall says.
