The Icelandic Civil Aviation Agency reported the signing of an air traffic agreement between Georgia and Iceland on February 26 in Reykjavik.

The deal is based on liberal principles and allows specific airlines to operate flights without restrictions on capacity, frequency, or even destinations.

“The agreement grants airlines the freedom to operate flights without limitations,” the agency stated.

The agreement will be in effect once both countries complete internal ratification procedures.
