By decision of the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, January 3 through January 6 have been declared holidays for employees of administrative bodies defined by the Administrative Code.
The ordinance does not apply to the financial obligations to be fulfilled by persons subordinated to the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia.
In addition, the ordinance does not apply to activities related to state procurements defined in the Law of Georgia on State Procurement.
