United National Movement faction will resume parliamentary activities. Levan Bezhashvili, chairman of the political council of the party, told journalists about this.
As Levan Bezhashvili stated, the faction will participate in parliamentary sessions and discussions.
“United National Movement is already involved in parliamentary activities, especially on issues related to the events of March 7-8, as well as when the question of interpellation was discussed. As well as all the issues related to the state and national interests of Georgia, be it based on the European agenda, in order to fulfill the 12-point plan, based on the interests and needs of the people, the United National Movement is and will be involved in parliamentary activities, which means that the faction will take part in all parliamentary discussions and session,” Bezhashvili said.
The opposition United National Movement (UNM) party boycotted the plenaries last week, protesting against the March 7-8 developments and dispersal of protests against the Russian law on foreign agents in Tbilisi.
