UN Women Georgia, in partnership with the Norwegian Embassy in Tbilisi and the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, facilitated a training session on Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), targeted at recently incorporated companies. 22 representatives participated in the program, which featured engaging discussions.
The seminar explored hands-on strategies to promote gender equality, particularly in the workplace environment, underscoring the significance of inclusive work settings. The session featured companies that are especially committed to the mission of WEPs and are taking measured steps toward a more equal future.
