The Georgian Prime Minister and the Parliament Speaker have nominated UFC champion Ilia Topuria for the Order of Honor.
Following the established procedures, Irakli Kobakhidze and Shalva Papuashvili have submitted the nominations to the Georgian President.
The Georgian Presidential Administration has announced that the ceremony to award Topuria with the Order of Honor will be held today at 7:00 p.m. at the Orbelian Palace.
The President has agreed and welcomed the decision to present this honor to Topuria.
UFC champion Ilia Topuria arrived in Georgia on March 18 upon the PM’s invitation.
